QUETTA: Students of the Bolan University of Medical and Health Sciences (BUHMS) marched inside the campus against the continued closure of classes and months-long suspension of academic activities.

Dozens of students marched inside the campus and demanded an immediate resumption of classes and academic activities. “We demand an immediate restoration of classes”, Jalal Achakzai, one of the protesting students said.

 

The students expressed concerned voice over the continued suspension of academic activities and termed them a huge loss for them. Six months have already been wasted, and now the government and the administration should have mercy on the future of students, the protesting students lamented.

Faculty members protesting for acceptance of their demands

Faculty members of the (BUHMS) have been protesting against the provincial government for acceptance of their demands. They have been demanding an increase in their allowances.

So far, the health department and the provincial government have not  paid any heed towards solution of their demands.
