BARKHAN: In a coordinated operation led by DC Barkhan and supervised by the charge of the QRF Sibbi Zone, a significant breakthrough was achieved in the Baghao area of Barkhan. The operation commenced at 0600 AM on the 20th of October, 2023, and successfully concluded at 0200 PM on the 21st of October, 2023.
160 personnel participated in the operation
A total of 160 dedicated personnel from the Levies forces hailing from Kohlu, Barkhan, and the QRF wing in Sibbi actively participated in this operation. The joint team utilized 10 Levies vehicles along with 3 private vehicles to ensure effective execution.
5 Accused Arrested
During the operation, the team made remarkable progress, resulting in the arrest of five individuals suspected of involvement in unlawful activities, as well as the apprehension of four proclaimed offenders.
The operation yielded a substantial haul of recovered items:
- Two motorcycles
- Four RPG rounds
- One 3*3 rifle
- One-round rifle
- A total of 420 rounds of ammunition for the Scale round rifle
