QUETTA: Renowned orthopedic surgeon, Dr. Lal Khan Kakar was elected as the Secretary General of the Pakistan Orthopaedic Association (POA) the other day. Professor Masood Umar from the Aga University Hospital was elected as the President of the POA.
Dr. Sherzaman Mandokhail Hails The Election of Dr. Kakar
Dr. Kakar is considered to be one of the senior health professionals across the country. He is also the founder of the Baz Muhammad Shaheed Foundation, which has established libraries across Balochistan to equip students with modern education and knowledge.
In the meantime, Dr. Sherzaman Khan Mandokhail, the Chief of Helping Hands congratulated Dr. Lal Khan Kakar and expressed the hope that the latter would play a due role in the solution of issues faced by masses of the province.
