QUETTA: Chairman Pakistan People’s Party (PPP), Bilawal Bhutto Zardari on Friday stated that the people of Balochistan have sent a clear message, expressing their support for the People’s Party. Addressing the Balochistan High Court Bar Association in Quetta, Bilawal Bhutto remarked that they are constantly reminded of the three-time Prime Minister would address the issues faced by Pakistan today.
The PPP chairman held a series of meetings with members of the legal fraternity, party workers and leaders during his two-days stay in the provincial capital.
Three-time PM Cannot Resolve Issues Of Pakistan For Fourth Time
Without naming former premier Nawaz Sharif, he said, ‘We are being told that the three-time Prime Minister will resolve the country’s issues by assuming office for the fourth time. Similarly, there are discussions about another individual who faced challenges while in office and is now being criticized. However, Bilawal Bhutto emphasized that the fate of the country rests with its people, especially those in Balochistan.’ This province is heart of Pakistan, he quoted words of his father Asif Ali Zardari.
Masses Should Make Decisions Of The Country
Bilawal Bhutto Zardari affirmed that decisions affecting the country should be made by its citizens. He expressed confidence that when the people of Pakistan make a collective decision, no global power can impede them. He said, ‘We are told that the individual who served as Prime Minister three times will steer the country out of trouble by assuming the role for the fourth time. Simultaneously, another person, who faced difficulties during his tenure, is being portrayed negatively. We must move beyond focusing on individuals, Bilawal suggested.

Bilawal asserted, ‘We trust the people of Pakistan; we are certain that you will heed our call. When we come into power, we aim to create a new history by departing from traditional thinking, outdated politics, and governance. Our focus should be on the people’s interests.’
He further added that it is essential to involve the people in the economy, society, and politics. The People’s Party, standing at the forefront, pledges to address the concerns and rights of the people of Balochistan. Bilawal Bhutto Zardari emphasized the importance of federalism and encouraged a departure from mistakes of the past.”
