JAFFARABAD:Â In a disturbing incident, armed suspects wielding rocket launchers targeted Goth Abdul Rasheed Jakhrani in the village of Dera Allah Yar late last night. The assailants fired more than five rockets indiscriminately at the village, causing panic and chaos.
Tragically, the fired rocket launchers reached the nearby village of Abdul Karim Samalani, where they detonated, resulting in injuries to a woman identified as Hasina Bibi. The suspects managed to flee the scene swiftly after the attack.
Upon receiving the report, the Station House Officer (SHO) of Dera Allahyar police station, Abdul Rauf Jamali, promptly arrived at the scene with the investigative team. The injured woman was swiftly transported to the hospital, and the police have initiated a thorough investigation into the incident.
The motives behind the attack remain unclear, and authorities are diligently working to apprehend the perpetrators.
