QUETTA: The Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) on Thursday said the protest by the Baloch Yekjehti Committee (BYC) for terrorists was beyond comprehension.
In a recent report, Balochistan’s Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) disclosed that Balach, a key figure in the Baloch Liberation Army (BLA), was killed by his comrades during an operation near Pasni.
The report also revealed Balach’s arrest on November 20, where 5 kg of explosives were seized from him. The CTD’s findings highlighted 158 BLA and Baloch Liberation Front (BLF) operations in Turbat this year, resulting in 66 deaths and 30 injuries.
The report underscored the successful arrest of eight high-profile militants, including Balach, in a month. This revelation has raised questions about internal dynamics and loyalty within Baloch insurgent groups.
