KALAT: In a concerning incident along the Quetta-Karachi national highway near Grani, unidentified armed individuals targeted a truck, resorting to stoning and gunfire, as confirmed by police sources.
Authorities reported that the truck’s tires suffered damage as a result of the gunfire, leading to a burst. Despite the intensity of the attack, the driver and the cleaner emerged unharmed, according to the police.
The incident occurred on a crucial stretch of the national highway, highlighting the security challenges faced in the area.
