PISHIN: In a dramatic exchange of fire, two individuals accused of committing crimes were killed by police in Pishin’s Surkhab area. The confrontation also left an accomplice and two policemen injured.

According to the Pishin police, the shootout occurred when law enforcement officers attempted to apprehend the suspects, who had been under surveillance for their alleged involvement in illegal advertising activities. Upon being approached, the suspects opened fire, resulting in a fierce gun battle.

“The encounter led to the deaths of two of the suspects, while another accomplice sustained injuries and was taken into custody,” a police spokesperson stated. “Two of our officers were also injured in the exchange and are currently receiving medical treatment.”

In addition to the casualties, the police recovered several weapons from the suspects’ possession. The authorities are continuing their investigation to uncover more details about the suspects’ operations and any potential connections to larger criminal networks.
