ZIARAT: In a surprise visit to the District Headquarters Hospital in Ziarat, Provincial Food Minister Haji Noor Mohammad Khan Damar discovered that five doctors had been continuously absent from duty. The inspection, which included various hospital departments, revealed the absenteeism when the minister checked the attendance register.

On the minister’s complaint, the Chief Minister of Balochistan ordered the immediate suspension of the five absent doctors. During his visit, Damar assured that funds had been allocated to the Medical Superintendent (MS) to address minor issues within the hospital.

Damar emphasized the government’s commitment to providing free healthcare services to the public and stressed that ensuring the functionality of all departments, including education and health, is a top priority. He stated that those neglecting their duties and failing to address public concerns have no place in the constituency.

The minister also interacted with patients and the general public at the hospital, reinforcing the government’s dedication to improving healthcare services at the grassroots level.
