QUETTA: A hand grenade attack on the Chalo Bawri Chowk area of Pashtunabad, Quetta, has left seven people injured, according to local sources. The attack, carried out by unidentified motorcyclists, took place late Monday evening.

The injured individuals were immediately rushed to the Trauma Center at Civil Hospital, Quetta, where they are currently receiving medical treatment. The hospital staff confirmed that the patients are in stable condition but remain under close observation.

The names of the injured have been released by hospital authorities. The victims are identified as Khan, Mujeeb, Manan, Hazrat Allah, Abdul Malik, Sami Allah, and Imran.

Security forces have cordoned off the area and launched an investigation into the attack. Authorities have yet to determine the motive behind the incident or identify the assailants.

Quetta has experienced similar incidents in the past, and this attack has once again raised concerns about the security situation in the city. Local residents have expressed their fears and called for stronger measures to prevent such attacks in the future.
