QUETTA: At least one person was killed when unknown accused opened fire on Jinnah Road area of the city. The assailants opened fire on a person in the heart of the provincial capital and managed to escape from the spot.
Police were quick at the scene and the dead body was shifted to the nearby civil hospital Quetta. The victim was yet to be identified and the motive was yet to be ascertained behind the killing. Panic prevailed among the citizens in the aftermath of the attack in the commercial hub of the city.
