Islamabad, Pakistan: The Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC) has dismissed rumors of a leaked paper for the Medical and Dental College Admission Test (MDCAT) held on September 22, 2024. Despite allegations circulating on social media, the PMDC and the Dow University of Health Sciences have categorically denied any such incident.
A total of 167,744 students registered for the MDCAT this year, with Punjab having the highest number of applicants. To ensure the integrity of the exam, the PMDC implemented strict security measures, including Section 144 enforcement and surveillance technology.
While the exact date for the MDCAT 2024 results has not been officially announced, the PMDC has indicated that results are expected by September 30. This timeline aligns with the council’s policy of allowing admitting universities a maximum of 10 days to upload official results.
