KILLA ABDULLAH: A policeman was injured in a remote-controlled bomb explosion near a police check post in the Killa Abdullah district of Balochistan on Thursday.

According to police sources, unidentified assailants planted the explosive device near the Killa Abdullah grid station. The bomb was detonated remotely, causing a massive explosion that destroyed the police check post.

The injured policeman was immediately rushed to a nearby hospital for medical treatment. Security forces and police reached the site of the explosion and cordoned off the area to initiate an investigation.

No group or individual has claimed responsibility for the attack so far.

This incident highlights the ongoing security challenges in Balochistan, where law enforcement officials often face threats from militant activities. Authorities are working to identify the culprits behind the attack and ensure the safety of masses.
