Quetta: The Balochistan National Party-Mengal (BNP-M) has announced its support for the Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) candidate, Mir Usman Pirkani, in the upcoming PB-45 elections. The announcement was made during a joint press conference addressed by BNP-M leader Sajid Tareen Advocate and JUI-F Balochistan Amir Maulana Abdul Wasey.

Sajid Tareen Advocate expressed confidence in the alliance, stating, “Our decision to back Mir Usman Pirkani reflects our shared vision for the betterment of Balochistan.” He added, “Together, we will work to address the pressing challenges faced by our province and ensure the rights of our people are safeguarded.”

Maulana Abdul Wasey appreciated BNP-M’s support, calling it a testament to their commitment to unity. “This alliance sends a strong message of collaboration for the greater good,” he remarked. “Usman Pirkani’s leadership and dedication make him the ideal candidate for PB-45.”

The contest for PB-45 is expected to be closely fought, with Usman Pirkani facing Ali Madad Jattak of the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) in what many are calling a neck-to-neck competition.

The alliance aims to consolidate votes and secure a decisive victory in the constituency. Both leaders appealed to voters to support their candidate for a prosperous future.
