Quetta: The father and uncle of a Pakistani-American girl, accused of her murder, have been transferred to jail after being judicially remanded.

According to DSP Abdul Sattar, the two accused were judicially remanded by Judicial Magistrate 9. Both men were transferred to Huda Jail following the remand.

Investigation Underway

The Serious Crimes Investigation Wing is conducting the investigation, DSP Abdul Sattar confirmed. The court sources reported that the case’s challan has not yet been submitted, and no bail requests have been received as of now.

The investigation will be completed, and the final challan will be submitted to the court, DSP Abdul Sattar added.

The Murder of Hira

14-year-old Hira, a TikTok content creator, was murdered on the night of January 27 in Balochi Street. SHO Gawalmandi reported that the girl’s father, Anwar-ul-Haq, and her uncle, Tayyab Ali, conspired to kill her due to her TikTok videos.

The father arranged for his brother-in-law, Tayyab Ali, to shoot Hira outside their home. SHO Gawalmandi said that Anwar-ul-Haq, who had moved to the United States with his family, was involved in planning the murder.

Details of the Crime

SHO Gawalmandi confirmed that the father took Hira outside the house, where her uncle fired at her, resulting in her death.
