Quetta: An 18-year-old patient from Pishin succumbed to the Congo virus at Fatima Jinnah Hospital in Quetta, hospital officials confirmed on Tuesday.

According to the administration, the young patient was admitted five days ago in critical condition after experiencing severe bleeding from the nose and mouth. Medical tests later confirmed the presence of the Congo virus.
