QUETTA – Chief Minister Balochistan, Mir Sarfaraz Bugti, has taken strong notice of reports regarding bribery and mismanagement by police and Levies personnel at checkposts across the province.

Declaring such behavior unacceptable, the Chief Minister has ordered immediate disciplinary action against those involved.

According to Balochistan Government Spokesperson Shahid Rind, CM Bugti has issued strict instructions to all Divisional Commissioners and DIGs to closely monitor the conduct of personnel at checkposts and ensure swift action against any misconduct.

The spokesperson confirmed that the government had received multiple complaints from citizens alleging that officials were demanding bribes and unnecessarily stopping vehicles.

CM Bugti emphasized a zero-tolerance policy against corruption and made it clear that strict measures will be taken to restore public confidence and resolve the hardships faced by citizens.
