Web Desk – In a serious development amid rising tensions between the two nuclear-armed neighbours, it has been revealed that four Indian Rafale fighter jets conducted a night patrol over occupied Jammu and Kashmir between April 29 and 30.
According to Pakistan’s state broadcaster, PTV News, the Indian Air Force jets were swiftly detected by Pakistan Air Force (PAF) radar systems. Responding with precision and speed, PAF scrambled its own aircraft, forcing the Indian Rafales to retreat in apparent panic.
This incident follows a stark warning from Pakistan’s Federal Information Minister Attaullah Tarar, who said the country possesses credible intelligence indicating that India is planning a military strike on Pakistan within the next 24 to 36 hours. He stated that the situation has intensified since the recent Pahalgam attack in Indian-administered Kashmir.
Tarar warned that any aggression would be met with a decisive response from Pakistan’s armed forces, cautioning of catastrophic consequences for regional peace and stability.
The escalation has triggered alarm across South Asia and the international community, with growing concerns over potential conflict between the two nuclear-armed neighbours.
