Kashish Chaudhary, who recently passed the prestigious competitive examination at a remarkably young age, met Chief Minister Balochistan, Mir Sarfraz Bugti, at the Chief Minister’s Secretariat along with her father, Girdhari Lal. During the meeting, issues of women’s representation, minority empowerment, and the overall development of Balochistan were discussed.
Speaking on the occasion, Chief Minister Sarfraz Bugti congratulated Kashish on her remarkable achievement and called her “a symbol of pride for not just Balochistan but the entire nation.” He said, “Kashish’s success is proof that the daughters of Balochistan are capable of excelling in every field.”
Kashish expressed her commitment to serving the people of Balochistan with honesty and transparency. She emphasized her belief in the merit-based recruitment system of the Balochistan Public Service Commission, stating, “I’m proud of the transparency and fairness of our public service commission. It has allowed girls like me, from distant places, to come forward and serve.”
In an inspiring message to girls from far-flung and underdeveloped areas, she said: “Destinations or locations don’t matter — commitment does. If you work hard, nothing can stop you from achieving your goals.”
Kashish also thanked the Government of Balochistan for entrusting a minority woman with such a key administrative role. “I aim to become the voice of youth, women, and minority communities,” she added.
This landmark appointment is being hailed as a powerful step toward inclusive governance and social harmony in the province. Kashish’s journey reflects not only personal success but also the evolving spirit of Balochistan — one that embraces diversity, merit, and equal opportunity.
