Noshki, May 23, 2025 — The death toll from the tragic oil tanker explosion in Noshki has risen to 32 after another injured victim, Khalil Ahmed, son of Habibullah Mengal, succumbed to his burn wounds. Khalil, a resident of Noshki, had been receiving treatment following severe injuries sustained in the deadly blast.

According to sources in the Balochistan Health Department, the incident occurred when an oil tanker exploded, leaving dozens with critical burn injuries. Most of the victims were initially shifted to medical facilities in Quetta. Due to the severity of their conditions, many were later evacuated to Karachi for specialized burn treatment.

Medical teams continue to battle to save the lives of the remaining injured, many of whom remain in critical condition. Officials fear the death toll may rise further in the coming days.

The provincial government and health authorities are closely monitoring the situation, and emergency resources have been mobilized to assist the victims and their families.
