PISHIN: An armed clash between two rival groups over an old enmity claimed the lives of three people near Saranan in Pishin district, Balochistan, officials confirmed on Thursday.

According to Levies sources, the incident took place in Killi Gul Baran, where an exchange of fire broke out between the groups. Among the deceased were two real brothers. The victims have been identified as Nematullah, Naqeebullah, and Muhammad Dawood.

Following the incident, local Levies personnel reached the site and shifted the bodies to Quetta for postmortem examination. A probe into the cause and circumstances surrounding the clash has been initiated.

Tensions remain high in the area as authorities work to prevent further violence. Locals have urged the administration to take swift action and ensure justice.
