Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti has announced that the upcoming provincial budget for the financial year 2025–26 will prioritize public welfare through inclusive and community-focused development schemes. He made this statement while chairing a consultative meeting of the Parliamentary Committee on Budget Formation at the Chief Minister’s Secretariat in Quetta on Tuesday.

CM Bugti emphasized that collective benefit schemes will be a key feature of the budget, ensuring that development reaches all segments of society. “Available resources will be directed toward public interest projects to pave the way for new avenues of progress across the province,” he said.

The Chief Minister also reaffirmed his government’s commitment to ensuring 100% allocation for proposed projects, underscoring the importance of efficient use of financial resources. “Through this budget, we aim not only to provide basic services but also to focus on development priorities that reflect the needs of our people,” he added.

The meeting was attended by parliamentary leaders and members of the government’s coalition partners, who agreed on the budget formation under CM Bugti’s leadership and contributed suggestions aimed at better serving the public.
