Tehran/Tel Aviv – June 15, 2025: The Middle East witnessed a dangerous escalation in military conflict today as Iran launched a major missile strike on Israeli cities, targeting key urban centers like Tel Aviv and Jerusalem. Loud explosions rocked both cities, raising alarms across global defense and security agencies.

Israeli officials confirmed that at least seven people are missing following the attack on Tel Aviv. Emergency response teams are on high alert, searching through debris in densely populated neighborhoods as rescue operations intensify.

This latest strike comes just hours after Iran launched over 100 ballistic missiles on the northern Israeli city of Haifa, a key port and economic zone, killing eight people and injuring more than 200 civilians. The attack caused severe disruption to public infrastructure, including transportation, power supply, and emergency medical services.

Iran has described the missile barrage as retaliation for recent Israeli airstrikes on Iranian-linked military positions in Syria and Lebanon. According to reports, Israel’s Iron Dome missile defense system intercepted a portion of the missiles, but several penetrated through, causing significant structural damage.

An eyewitness in Tel Aviv reported scenes of chaos:

“We heard sirens and then massive explosions. People were running toward underground shelters. It felt like a full-scale war zone.”

Military surveillance drones and fighter jets are now monitoring Israeli airspace around the clock. National security protocols have been raised to the highest alert level.

Meanwhile, international security experts warn that the situation could spiral into a full-blown regional war unless immediate diplomatic measures are taken.

The United Nations Security Council has called an emergency meeting to address the crisis. Global defense analysts and foreign policy strategists are closely monitoring developments.
