: The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Anti-Human Trafficking Circle carried out a successful operation in Quetta, arresting a human smuggling agent along with four Afghan nationals.

According to the FIA spokesperson, the arrested agent has been identified as Amanullah. Evidence and records related to human smuggling were recovered from his mobile phone. Investigations also revealed that he was in close contact with the notorious smuggler Najeebullah.

During the operation, Afghan national Taj Ali was found in possession of a forged Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC) and passport, allegedly obtained through fraud. An Afghan Tazkira (national ID document) was also recovered from his mobile phone.

FIA officials confirmed that the arrested individuals were actively involved in sending Afghan nationals abroad illegally. A case has been registered, and investigations are underway, while raids are being conducted to arrest other facilitators and accomplices.

The FIA spokesperson reiterated that the agency will continue its crackdown against serious crimes like human trafficking across the country.
