Quetta – Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti has announced that the provincial government will provide electric bikes on easy installments for working women to promote their economic empowerment and mobility.

Speaking at a high-level meeting in Quetta on Monday, CM Bugti said the initiative aims to make women more independent and active participants in the social and economic sectors of the province.

He emphasized that the government is committed to empowering women through modern facilities and inclusive development policies. Alongside the electric bikes scheme, the Chief Minister directed authorities to complete the Pink Bus Service for women in Quetta by October, ensuring safe and dedicated public transport.

Bugti added that the provincial government will strictly monitor the quality and timely completion of development projects under the Public Sector Development Program (PSDP 2025).

“Reducing the hardships of the common man and empowering women remain top priorities of my government,” CM Sarfraz Bugti said, urging departments to adopt a public service–oriented approach.
