: The Balochistan Home Department has announced a temporary restriction on heavy transport vehicles, including trucks and trailers, along the N-70 National Highway, citing security and public safety concerns.

According to an official press release, the decision will take effect from November 14, 2025, as part of precautionary measures to maintain law and order in the province. The ban will apply to heavy traffic such as commercial trucks and trailers, while local and essential travel will remain unaffected.

Authorities have instructed all district administrations, police departments, and related agencies to ensure smooth enforcement of the order and to minimize inconvenience to the public.

The Home Department has urged citizens to plan their travel in advance and verify road conditions before starting their journey to avoid disruptions.

Officials emphasized that the move is temporary and aimed purely at ensuring public safety and maintaining peace. The government also expressed appreciation for the cooperation shown by the people of Balochistan and called on them to continue supporting law enforcement agencies in keeping the region stable and secure.
