Naseerabad – A crucial meeting regarding the Balochistan Special Development Initiative (BSDI) Phase-II was held under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner Jaffarabad, Khalid Khan. The meeting was attended by Executive Engineer Public Health Engineering, Muhammad Qasim Luni; Chief Officer Municipal Corporation, Ahmad Nawaz Jatak; Executive Engineer Roads, Bostan Khan Chandio; district heads, representatives of intelligence agencies, and other relevant officials.
During the meeting, officers from various departments presented new development proposals under BSDI Phase-II aimed at public welfare. They briefed the forum on the need, importance, and urgency of the proposed schemes.
Addressing the meeting, Deputy Commissioner Khalid Khan stated that only those projects will be included in the district’s development plan that directly address public needs and contribute to accelerating progress in Jaffarabad. He emphasized that priority will be given to schemes truly aligned with the aspirations of the people and those capable of reducing their day-to-day hardships.
He further highlighted that issues raised by citizens during the open court sessions will form the basis for selecting collective benefit projects so that maximum population can benefit from their outcomes. The Deputy Commissioner reaffirmed his commitment that all BSDI Phase-II projects will be executed with complete transparency, ensuring both speed and quality in their implementation.
