Quetta : Balochistan Secretary for Culture, Hameedullah Khan Nasir, has said that writers and poets play a vital role in the development of any society. With the power of their pen, they fight against social injustices and guide communities toward positive change. A true literary leader, he stated, is someone who not only educates the people but also prepares them to stand against social evils.
He expressed these views during a meeting with a delegation of the Balochistan Writers Forum. The delegation, led by Chief Organizer Professor Anwar Zeb, called on the Secretary of Culture to congratulate him on assuming his new responsibilities. Senior members of the forum, including Sair Aziz, Haider Atash, and Babal Naseem, were also present.
