Quetta: Governor Balochistan Jafar Khan Mandokhail has said that his vision for the province is one of inclusive and comprehensive development, where every citizen has access to quality education, healthcare facilities, and economic opportunities. He emphasized that collective efforts are needed to address the major challenges currently faced by the people of the province.
Speaking with parliamentarians and leaders of the Pakistan Muslim League-N, the Governor stated that all elected representatives carry a significant responsibility to meet the expectations of their constituents. He added that along with public service, building trust, promoting civic participation, and creating awareness about rights and responsibilities at the grassroots level are also essential duties.
Present at the meeting were Speaker Balochistan Assembly Captain (R) Abdul Khaliq Achakzai, Parliamentary Leader of PML-N Mir Saleem Khosa, MNA Jamal Shah Kakar, Senator Saeed-ul-Hassan Mandokhail, Provincial Ministers Mir Asim Kurd Gilu, Raheela Hameed Khan Durrani, Mir Shoaib Nosherwani, Haji Barkat Rind, Zareen Khan Magsi, Haji Muhammad Khan Lehri, Naseem ur Rehman Malakhail, Zarak Khan Mandokhail, PM Youth Affairs Coordinator Haider Khan Achakzai, and other provincial leaders and party cadres.
The delegation also briefed the Governor on local government candidates, their profiles, and the performance of the committee formed to advance the election process.
Governor Mandokhail reiterated that the party has always stood for justice, equality, and equal opportunities for all. He described party workers as the backbone of the organization whose dedication, enthusiasm, and hard work drive its success. He further stated that as local government representatives, they will play a crucial role in shaping the future of communities, urging them to uphold party values, listen to the concerns of their constituents, and work tirelessly to meet their fundamental needs.
