Three Suspected Robbers Killed in Quetta Police Encounter

Quetta: Three suspected robbers were killed in an alleged police encounter in the Jinnah Town area late Monday night, according to official sources.

Police stated that a patrol team intercepted the suspects, who allegedly opened fire, triggering a brief exchange. The retaliatory shooting resulted in the death of all three suspects on the spot.

Initial findings indicate that the men were present in the locality with the intention of committing a robbery. Authorities have shifted the bodies to Civil Hospital Quetta for identification and medico-legal procedures.

Police have launched an investigation to determine the identities, criminal backgrounds, and possible links of the suspects to recent incidents of street crime in Jinnah Town and surrounding areas.
