Ziarat – A grand ceremony was held at the historic Quaid-e-Azam Residency in Ziarat to commemorate the birthday of Pakistan’s founder, Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah. The event was attended by Chief Minister Balochistan, Mir Sarfaraz Bugti, Commander 12 Corps, Lieutenant General Rahat Naseem Khan, IG FC Balochistan (North), Major General Atif Mujtaba, members of the National and Provincial Assemblies, tribal leaders, and dignitaries from Gilgit-Baltistan and Azad Kashmir.

During the ceremony, local children presented national songs and speeches, paying tribute to the Father of the Nation, which was highly appreciated by the attendees. Chief Minister Balochistan, Mir Sarfaraz Bugti, in his address, praised Quaid-e-Azam’s unparalleled national services, principled leadership, and struggle for independence.

Quaid-e-Azam Day is celebrated annually on December 25, marking the birth anniversary of Muhammad Ali Jinnah. The day is a public holiday, and people across the country pay tribute to Quaid-e-Azam’s services.
