Green buses purchased by Balochistan government: Photo Quetta Voice

The Balochistan government will hold a media briefing on the launch of the province’s new Pink and Green Bus Services, aimed at improving public transport and supporting commuter convenience in Quetta.

Provincial Secretary for Transport, Hayat Kakar, will speak to journalists about the initiative, its objectives, and expected public benefits.

The briefing will take place at the Pink and Green Bus Service office, located at Balochistan Agriculture College, Quetta (Baleli Road), on January 3, 2026, at 1:00pm.

Media representatives have been encouraged to provide comprehensive coverage, highlighting the significance of the public-friendly transport program and its role in improving mobility for residents.

Further details regarding routes, operations, and future expansion plans are expected to be shared during the session.
