News Desk: The Balochistan Police has strengthened its public complaint system by introducing multiple helplines and contact numbers to curb misuse of authority, ensure transparency, and guarantee the immediate registration of FIRs.

According to an official statement, citizens can now directly reach the Inspector General (IG) Police Balochistan through a dedicated WhatsApp number (03043470110) and a toll-free helpline (111-775-544, 081). In addition, key contact numbers have been displayed outside all police stations across the province to improve accessibility and public trust in law enforcement.

Residents can also file complaints by calling 9203377, 9204081, 9204180, and 9204090. Authorities have assured that all complaints received through these channels will be promptly registered and addressed without delay.

A special complaint cell established at the Central Police Office in Quetta has been tasked with handling public grievances efficiently. Officials emphasized that the identity of complainants will remain strictly confidential, encouraging citizens to report police misconduct, abuse of power, or delays in FIR registration without fear.

The initiative aims to promote accountability, strengthen policing standards, and ensure timely justice for the public across Balochistan.
