Pishin, Balochistan – A police personnel was killed when terrorists opened fire on a checkpost in the Killi Harmezai (also referred to as Kalk Lamran or Hazarmezai) area of Pishin district on Monday.

According to initial reports, unidentified militants attacked the police post in the Harmezai region of Tehsil Harmezai. The assault resulted in the martyrdom of Hawaldar Nematullah (also spelled Nemat Ullah), a dedicated police officer serving at the post. He was rushed to a nearby hospital but succumbed to his injuries.

Local police sources confirmed that the attackers fled the scene after the firing. Law enforcement personnel immediately cordoned off the area and launched a search operation to track down the suspects involved in the attack.
