News Desk: Chief Minister of Balochistan, Mir Sarfraz Bugti, declared the Battle of Haq a decisive chapter in Pakistan’s history, showcasing the nation’s resilience and the armed forces’ unmatched capability to counter internal and external threats. Speaking at a ceremony marking its first anniversary, he emphasized that the day holds extraordinary importance in national memory.

Bugti praised the courage and professionalism of the Pakistan Army under Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, noting that their leadership crushed the ambitions of a far larger enemy. He stressed that the people of Balochistan, especially the youth, stand firmly with the armed forces, ready to sacrifice for the country’s defense and stability.

Highlighting unity, Bugti said his identity as a Pakistani comes before being a Baloch, urging citizens to reject violence and embrace the historic decision of 1947 that cemented Pakistan’s national identity. He reaffirmed the provincial government’s commitment to empowering youth through education, opening access to prestigious institutions such as Oxford and Harvard.

Bugti also warned against conspiracies aimed at misleading young minds, noting that the people of Balochistan reject artificial narratives. He underscored that all communities in the province, including the Punjabi community, are equal citizens and must work together for peace and prosperity.

Paying tribute to the martyrs of the Battle of Haq, Bugti assured their families that their sacrifices will never be forgotten, concluding with the nation’s united slogans of “Pakistan Zindabad” and “Pak Army Zindabad.”
