DUKKI: Unknown armed men launched an attack on a construction company’s machinery near the Duki city cross electricity grid station, police sources reported.
​According to the police, the assailants set fire to two road roller machines belonging to the construction company. Due to the intense blaze, both machines were completely destroyed and reduced to ashes. The attackers managed to flee the scene successfully after executing the raid.
​Location of the Incident
​Police stated that the incident took place on Kohlu Road, approximately 15 kilometers south of Duki city. The site of the attack is located about three kilometers from the Ghrwasa police station.
​Current Status
​The construction company is currently working on the 105-kilometer-long road project connecting Duki to Chamalang. Following the incident, law enforcement agencies reached the spot and initiated a thorough investigation. A search operation is underway to track down and apprehend the fleeing attackers.
