DERA BUGTI: One person was killed in a landmine explosion near the Pat Feeder area of Balochistan’s Dera Bugti district on Saturday.

According to local sources, the victim was passing through the area when a landmine planted along the roadside exploded, killing him on the spot.

Police and other law enforcement personnel rushed to the scene after receiving information about the incident. The body was shifted to a nearby hospital for legal formalities, while security officials cordoned off the area and began collecting evidence.

Authorities have launched an investigation into the incident to determine who planted the explosive device and the circumstances surrounding the blast. Further legal proceedings are underway.
