Quetta: The Balochistan Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BBISE) Quetta has officially announced the Intermediate Annual Examination Result 2026, with an impressive overall pass percentage of 89%. Thousands of students across the province can now check their results online. Link: https://result.bbise.edu.pk/
A total of 99,946 students appeared in the Intermediate examinations, out of which 88,944 students were declared successful.
11th Class Result 2026
According to the board, 46,356 students appeared in the 11th Class Annual Examination 2026, while 39,902 candidates passed, taking the overall success rate to 86.1%.
12th Class Result 2026
For the 12th Class Annual Examination 2026, 53,590 students sat the exams and 49,042 students passed, recording an impressive 91.5% pass percentage.
542 Results Withheld
The board also confirmed that 542 students had their results withheld after being found using unfair means during the examinations.
To ensure transparent examinations, 257 examination centres were established across Balochistan. A total of 854 teachers served as invigilators, while 151 officers monitored the examination process.
BBISE Quetta Position Holders 2026
The top three positions were secured by:
– 1st Position: Ayesha Khan, daughter of Ghazanfar Ali, from Islamia Girls College Quetta, with 1,067 marks.
– 2nd Position: Rasad Khan, son of Nematullah, from BRC Loralai, with 1,064 marks.
– 3rd Position: Saadia, daughter of Tahir Kamran, from Islamia Girls College Quetta, with 1,061 marks.
Board Congratulates Students
BBISE Chairman Muhammad Ishaq, Controller of Examinations Dr. Zia-ul-Haq Kakar, and Secretary Zia-ur-Rehman Khilji congratulated all successful students, especially the position holders. They encouraged students to continue striving for academic excellence and contribute to the development of Pakistan and Balochistan.
The Controller of Examinations also appreciated the dedication of teachers, board staff, the IT Section, Research Section, Examination Branch, Result Branch, and inspection teams for ensuring transparent examinations and preparing the results in record time.
Online Recounting Facility
Students who wish to apply for paper recounting can now do so through the board’s fully online system without waiting for their original DMC. Applications can be submitted until 5 August 2026, within 15 days of the result announcement.
