Tribal dispute claims five lives in Bolan district of Balochistan

BOLAN: A passenger coach traveling from Sadiqabad to Quetta came under fire by armed robbers on the National Highway in the Bala Nari area of Bolan district, leaving the driver dead and one passenger injured.

According to initial reports, unidentified armed assailants opened fire on the moving passenger bus, killing the driver on the spot while injuring a passenger. The incident caused panic among travelers on the busy Quetta National Highway.

Rescue teams shifted the deceased driver and the injured passenger to Teaching Hospital Sibi for medical treatment and legal formalities.

The passenger coach was en route from Sadiqabad to Quetta when the attack occurred. Authorities have launched an investigation into the Bolan highway firing incident, while security forces are working to trace the attackers.
