CHAGHI: In a alarming security incident, the Acting Station House Officer (SHO) of Chagai Police Station, Assistant Sub-Inspector (ASI) Gul Shah, was allegedly abducted by unidentified gunman from a bus stand in Chagai Bazaar, local officials reported.
​According to police sources, four armed men arrived at the bus terminal in a khaki Toyota Land Cruiser. ASI Gul Shah, who was alone at the time, was forced into the vehicle by the assailants, who then sped off to an undisclosed location.
​Upon receiving information about the kidnapping, police and other law enforcement agencies cordoned off the area and launched a large-scale search operation to trace the vehicle and secure the officer’s safe release.
​Authorities confirmed that a detailed investigation into the abduction is underway, and further updates will be shared as more information becomes available.
