QUETTA: The Bolan University of Medical and Health Sciences (BUMHS) has announced the MDCAT 2026 result for candidates who appeared in the Medical and Dental College Admission Test conducted in Balochistan.
According to the official BUMHS result document dated September 20, 2026, the highest score recorded in the examination was 164 out of 180, equivalent to 91%. Two candidates — Abdul Hameed and Waliullah — jointly secured the highest score.
Maryam Bibi, Mudasir Ul Haq and Abubakar Waheed followed with 163 marks, securing 91% each. The result document shows a highly competitive top tier, with several candidates scoring 160 marks or above.

The result data shows that the 99-mark threshold (55%) is reached at serial number 4,447, with candidates from this point onward recording 99 marks or above. The result therefore contains more than 4,000 candidates meeting the 55% threshold for MBBS eligibility.
At the 50% level, candidates scoring 90 out of 180 are listed in large numbers, with the result reaching the 90-mark category around serial number 5,364.
However, these figures represent candidates meeting the respective MDCAT qualifying thresholds and should not be described as the final medical-college admission merit or seat allocation.
Result Covers 9,596 Candidates
The BUMHS result document extends to serial number 9,596. It contains candidates with marks ranging from the highest score of 164 down to single-digit scores, along with candidates recorded as absent.
The result also contains entries involving result withholding and paper cancellation, including cases marked as incident reported and cheating cases. Such entries should therefore be distinguished from ordinary scored results.
