Last US plane left Afghanistan, 20 year’s longest war ends

Last US plane left Afghanistan at 12 am marking the end of the longest war in American history.
20 years back, US invaded Afghanistan and overthrown Taliban government from Kabul. Former US President George W. Bush had ordered invasion of Afghanistan in the aftermath of catastrophic incident of September 11, 2001.
Almost more than year back, US and Taliban signed a peace agreement in Qatari capital Doha to pave the way for US withdrawal from Afghanistan.
In Kabul, Taliban fighters resorted to aerial firing to mark what they describe the defeat of another super power.
