News of my resignation is fake: Jam Kamal

Chief Minister Balochistan, Jam Kamal Khan on Friday said news of his resignation is fake. The CM took to social media network Twitter and contradicted a news item circulating on social media.

“There is no such thing that I have resigned or giving a resignation”, Jam Kamal stated.

The news about the resignation was widely shared and uploaded on social media networks. This prompted the chief executive of the province to tweet about the news.

CM lashes out at what he calls some real estate mafia within a nationalist party 

In another tweet, the CM lashed out at a nationalist party. “Some real estate mafia within a nationalist party should know, Balochistan has changed now”, he said.

Chief Minister Balochistan stated, “they should forget that they would once again restore an atmosphere of fraud and bad governance”. The CM was actually referring to the Balochistan National Party (Mengal), which has submitted a no-confidence motion against him.

CM’s comments have come after 16 opposition lawmakers submitted a no-confidence motion against him. The move also caused cracks within the ruling Balochistan Awami Party (BAP).
