Monitoring Desk:

The coronavirus has infected 4,196 people across the country on Wednesday. So far, the deadly virus has claimed 60 lives and 467 people have recovered in the country. Sindh and Punjab provinces have reported most of the coronavirus cases.

Punjab: 

2,108 people have been tested positive in Pakistan’s populous province Punjab. The provincial government of Punjab has declared an emergency to cope with the situation and a lockdown has been imposed to contain the virus.

Sindh: 

Murtaza Wahab, Sindh government’s spokesman has confirmed 1,036 cases so far.

Islamabad: 83

Balochistan: Spokesman government of Balochistan, Liaquat Shahwani has confirmed 212 cases. The deadly virus has caused one death so far.
