A trolley killed a coal miner inside a coal mine in Balochistan’s Dukki district on Friday evening. Levies sources said the coal miner was working deep inside the mine when a trolley hit him. He breathed his last on the spot.

Rescue workers and fellow miners retrieved the dead body from the mine. The dead body was shifted to district headquarters hospital Dukki. The victim was identified as Ahmed Shah, a resident of Afghanistan.

The hospital administration handed over the dead body to the heirs after the completion of necessary official procedures. Hazardous working conditions inside coal mines of Balochistan have claimed thousands of precious human lives.
