Muhammad Khan Bhatti handed over to anti corruption for 5 day remand

Muhammad Khan Bhatti, the former principal secretary to the former chief minister of Punjab Chaudhary Pervez Elahi was handed over to the anti-corruption Balochistan on 5-day remand on Friday.

Anti-corruption officials produced Mr. Bhatti before the court. The judge granted 5-day remand of Mr. Bhatti to the anti-corruption department. Mr. Bhatti was intercepted by the authorities at the Pak-Iran border in Taftan the other day. He was trying to enter Iran to avoid corruption cases in Punjab province.

The anti-corruption department would hand over the accused to the Punjab anti-corruption department for further action.
