Police 'failed' to find PTI Chief Imran Khan, conduct raid

Police conducted a raid at Zaman Park to arrest Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf (PTI) Chief, Imran Khan on Sunday. However, they (The police) ‘failed’ to find the former premier.

A police party went from the federal capital Islamabad to arrest the former premier in the Toshkhana hearing.

PTI has threatened to launch a country-wide protest if the authorities arrested the former prime minister.

The 70-year-old former prime minister, who has been recovering from a gunshot injury from an assassination attempt in Wazirabad last year, has thrice skipped indictment hearings in an Islamabad sessions court in the case.

Islamabad Police have arrived at Imran’s Zaman Park residence in Lahore to arrest him
