The Federal Ministry of Law and Justice has given the additional charge of the Registrar Special Court (CNS) to Saifullah Khan.
According to a notification issued by the Secretary Law and Justice, Mr. Saifullah Khan would perform his duties for a period of three months until further orders.
Mr. Khan has already been performing as the Registrar Banking Court Quetta. This was announced in a notification issued on April 4 this month.
