SIBI: Caretaker Chief Minister Balochistan, Ali Mardan Domki termed maintaining peace and holding impartial and transparent elections as top priorities of his government. In his maiden visit to his native town Lehri, the caretaker CM said the mandate of his government was to maintain law and order and conduct impartial and transparent elections in Balochistan. Commissioner Naseerabad Division, Bashir Ahmed Bangulzai received the caretaker CM Balochistan.

Mr. Domki prayed at the grave of his father Hazoor Bakhsh Domki and met with elders of the area on Sunday morning. Senior administration officials accompanied the caretaker CM during his visit.

 

“I will discharge my duties as per the guideline of the election commission of Pakistan”, Domki

 

“I will discharge my duties as per the guideline of the election commission of Pakistan”, he stated. The caretaker CM stated that all out efforts would be made to facilitate every political party to participate in the democratic process.

“I will not encroach over my constitutional powers”, he made it clear.

Grievances of the masses should be addressed

The caretaker CM directed all 36 deputy commissioners of the province to direct the assistant commissioners to organize Kohlu Kacheris (Open Courts) in their respective 98 tehsils of Balochistan. The grievances of the masses should be heard and addressed on a priority basis, Mr. Domki directed.

An official handout released after the visit of the caretaker CM claimed that shops and markets were not closed on the eve of the visit of the caretaker CM Balochistan. Security was tight in the Sibi and Lehri areas of Balochistan during the visit of the CM.
