ISLAMABAD: Caretaker Federal Interior Minister, Sarfaraz Ahmed Bugti, highlighted the significant sacrifices made by Pakistani citizens, police, and law enforcement agencies in the relentless fight against terrorism. Addressing the 49th CTP passing out ceremony of ASPs at the National Police Academy, Bugti emphasized the historical importance of these sacrifices, as they have been instrumental in securing Pakistan’s future.

Bugti Congratulated Cadets

During the ceremony, attended by dignitaries including the IG Islamabad Police, Commandant National Police Academy, foreign diplomats, and the families of the passing-out police officers, Bugti congratulated the cadets for their outstanding performance during training.

He stressed the crucial role of law enforcement agencies in ensuring stability and socio-economic development in the country, acknowledging their adoption of modern technology for delivering justice and tackling anti-social elements. Bugti expressed his strong hope that police and law enforcement agencies would continue to enhance their capacity, efficiency, and professionalism to address evolving challenges.

He specifically mentioned the importance of the newly graduated officers, including women, in facing the societal challenges and contributing to a safer and more secure Pakistan.
